He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and is recognised as a dependable team player with a results-driven mindset.
Anand Sankar holds a Master of Business Administration specialising in Human Resources and Marketing, providing him with a strong academic foundation in people management, organisational development and strategic business thinking. Professionally, he brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the Human Resources domain, with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
